Somvar Vrat Udyapan – सोमवार व्रत उद्यापन विधि एवं सामग्री

सोमवार व्रत रखने से पहले आप जितने व्रत करने का संकल्प लेते हैं ∣ उतने ही सोमवार को व्रत करें और जब आपकी मनोकामनाएं पूरी हो जाए तब सोमवार  के व्रत का उद्यापन कर दे∣  यदि सावन माह के पहले या तीसरे सोमवार को सोमवार के व्रत का उद्यापन किया जाए तो ये बहुत शुभ माना जाता है ∣ साथ ही सोमवार के उद्यापन के लिये सावन, कार्तिक, वैशाख, ज्येष्ठ या मार्गशीर्ष मास के सभी सोमवार श्रेष्ठ माने गये हैं। व्रत के उद्यापन में शिव-पार्वती जी की पूजा के साथ चंद्रमा की भी पूजा करने का विधान है।

 उद्यापन की सामग्री और उसकी विधि -

सोमवार व्रत उद्यापन विधि (Somvar Vrat Udyapan Vidhi) -

1. सुबह उठकर नित्य कर्म से निवृत हो स्नान कर लें।

2. यदि सम्भव हो तो इस दिन सफेद वस्त्र धारण करें।

3. पूजा स्थल को गंगा जल से शुद्ध कर लें। 

4. और फिर पूजा स्थल पर केले के चार खम्बे के द्वारा चौकोर मण्डप बनायें।

5 . चारों ओर से फूल और बंदनवार (आम के पत्तों का) से सजायें।

6. पूजा स्थल पर सभी सामग्री के साथ पूर्व की ओर मुख करके आसन पर बैठ जायें।

7. चौकी या लकड़ी के पटरे को मण्डप के बीच में रखें। चौकी पर सफेद वस्त्र बिछायें। 

8. उस पर शिव-पार्वती के विग्रह को स्थापित करें। 

9. उसे चौकी पर किसी पात्र में रखकर चंद्रमा को भी स्थापित करें।

10. सबसे पहले अपने आप को शुद्ध करने के लिये पवित्रीकरण करें।
 

पवित्रीकरण कैसे करें? 

हाथ में जल लेकर मंत्र –उच्चारण के साथ अपने ऊपर जल छिड़कें:-

ॐ पवित्रः अपवित्रो वा सर्वावस्थांगतोऽपिवा।
यः स्मरेत् पुण्डरीकाक्षं स वाह्यभ्यन्तर शुचिः॥

इसके पश्चात् पूजा कि सामग्री और आसन को भी जल मंत्र उच्चारण के साथ जल छिड़क कर मंत्र शुद्ध कर लें:-

पृथ्विति मंत्रस्य मेरुपृष्ठः ग षिः सुतलं छन्दः कूर्मोदेवता आसने विनियोगः॥

*शिव एवं पार्वती जी की मूर्ति,

∗ चंद्रदेव की मूर्ति या चित्र,

∗ चौकी या लकड़ी का पटरा,

∗ अक्षत – 250 ग्राम, 

∗ पान (डंडी सहित)- 5,

∗ सुपारी- 5,

∗ ऋतुफल,

∗ यज्ञोपवीत -1जोड़ा(हल्दी से रंगा हुआ),

Brihaspativar Vrat Udyapan – बृहस्पतिवार गुरुवार व्रत उद्यापन विधि एवं सामग्री

बृहस्पति उद्यापन पूजा को भगवान के प्रति धन्यवाद या कृतज्ञता के उत्सव के तौर पर मनाया जाता है। उद्यपन को 7,9,16,45,52,108 दिन के उपवास के बाद समापन किया जाता है। आइए जानते हैं बृहस्पति पूजा उदयापन की विधि। 

बृहस्पतिवार व्रत उद्यापन विधि-

इस व्रत का उद्यापन करने के लिए सुबह समय से उठकर तैयार हो जाएँ, और पूजा स्थल में गंगाजल का छिड़काव कर सफाई कर लें। पीले वस्त्र ही पहनें। पूजा स्थल को साफ करने के बाद या अलग से आसन लगाकर उस पर भगवान् विष्णु की प्रतिमा को स्थापित करें।  मंदिर या अपने घर के आस पास स्थित केले के पेड़ की पूजा करें, जल चढ़ाकर दीपक जलाएं। फिर षोडशोपचार पूजन विधि से विष्णु जी का अर्चना करें| घर आकर या वही बैठकर कथा करें।  उसके बाद प्रसाद लोगों में बाटें। उसके बाद श्री हरी के मंत्रो का उच्चारण करें। यदि कोई गलती हुई तो उसके लिए माफ़ी मांगे।

षोडशोपचार पूजन में निम्न सोलह तरीके से  विधिपूर्वक पूजन किया जाता है |

ध्यान-आह्वान: मन्त्रों और भाव द्वारा भगवान का ध्यान किया जाता है |

ईष्ट देवता को अपने  पास बुलाने के लिए आह्वान किया जाता है। ईष्ट देवता से निवेदन किया जाता है कि वे हमारे सामने हमारे पास आए।  वह हमारे ईष्ट देवता की मूर्ति में वास करें, तथा हमें आत्मिक बल एवं आध्यात्मिक शक्ति प्रदान करें, ताकि हम उनका आदरपूर्वक सत्कार करें।

आसन: ईष्ट देवता को आदर के साथ प्रार्थना करें की वो आसन पर विराजमान हों।

अर्घ्य: भगवान के प्रकट होने पर उनके हाथ पावं धुलाकर आचमन कराकर स्नान कराते हैं ।

आचमन: आचमन यानी मन, कर्म और वचन से शुद्धि। अंजुलि में जल लेकर पीना, यह शुद्धि के लिए किया जाता है। आचमन तीन बार किया जाता है। इससे मन की शुद्धि होती है।

स्नान: ईष्ट देवता, ईश्वर को शुद्ध जल से स्नान कराया जाता है | एक तरह से यह ईश्वर का स्वागत सत्कार होता है | जल से स्नान के उपरांत भगवान को  पंचामृत स्नान कराया जाता है |

वस्त्र: ईश्वर को स्नान के बाद वस्त्र चढ़ाए जाते हैं, ऐसा भाव रखा जाता है कि हम ईश्वर को अपने हाथों से वस्त्र अर्पण कर रहे हैं या पहना रहें है, यह ईश्वर की सेवा है |

यज्ञोपवीत: इसका अर्थ जनेऊ होता है | भगवान को समर्पित किया जाता है। यह देवी को अर्पण नहीं किया जाता है। यह सिर्फ देवताओं को ही अर्पण किया जाता है |

अक्षत: अक्षत मतलब अखंडित चावल , रोली, हल्दी,चन्दन, अबीर, गुलाल इनको मिला कर बनाया जाता है|

फूल: फूल माला को जिस ईश्वर की पूजा हो रही हो उनके पसंद के फूल और उसकी माला अर्पित करते है|

धूप, दीप, नैवेद्य: भगवान को मिठाई का भोग लगाया जाता है इसको ही नैवेद्य कहते हैं।
 

बृहस्पतिवार व्रत पूजा की सामाग्री-

धोती – 1 जोड़ा, पीला कपड़ा – 1.25 मीटर, जनेउ – एक जोड़ा, चने की दाल – 1.25 किलो, गुड़ – 250 ग्राम, पीला फूल, या फूल माला, दीपक – 1, घी –250 ग्राम,धूप –1पैकेट, हल्दीपाउडर –1 पैकेट,कपूर –1 पैकेट, सिंदूर – 1 पैकेट, बेसन के लडू – 1.25 किलो, मुन्नका (किशमिश)25 ग्राम, कलश –1, आम के पत्ते, सुपारी, श्रीफल, पीला वस्त्र, केला, विष्णु भगवान की मूर्ति, केले का पेड़

ताम्बूल, दक्षिणा, जल ,आरती: 

तांबुल का मतलब पान है। यह महत्वपूर्ण पूजा सामग्री है। फल के बाद तांबुल समर्पित किया जाता है। ताम्बूल के साथ में सुपारी, लौंग और इलायची भी दी जाती है ।

दक्षिणा अर्थात् द्रव्य समर्पित किया जाता है। भगवान भाव के भूखे हैं। 

आरती पूजा के अंत में धूप, दीप, कपूर से की जाती है। इसके बिना पूजा अधूरी मानी जाती है। आरती में एक, तीन, पांच, सात यानि विषम बत्तियों वाला दीपक प्रयोग किया जाता है।

मंत्र पुष्पांजलि: मंत्र पुष्पांजलि मंत्रों द्वारा हाथों में फूल लेकर भगवान को पुष्प समर्पित किए जाते हैं तथा प्रार्थना की जाती है। भाव यह है कि इन पुष्पों की सुगंध की तरह हमारा यश सब दूर फैले तथा हम प्रसन्नता पूर्वक जीवन बिताएं।

प्रदक्षिणा-नमस्कार, स्तुति -प्रदक्षिणा:

प्रदक्षिणा-नमस्कार, स्तुति -प्रदक्षिणा का अर्थ है परिक्रमा | आरती के उपरांत भगवान की परिक्रमा की जाती है, परिक्रमा हमेशा क्लॉक वाइज (clock-wise) करनी चाहिए |

स्तुति में क्षमा प्रार्थना करते हैं, क्षमा मांगने का आशय है कि हमसे कुछ भूल, गलती हो गई हो तो आप हमारे अपराध को क्षमा करें।
